Why Natural, Why Gluten Free?

A certain conversation that I found myself in earlier today has me a bit leveled.Here I am encouraging others to switch to natural and gluten free skin care.  But where is my argument behind these ideas?  What should I say in answer to those who have heard that natural is not necessary?  What is my
